Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and train associates in daily warehouse tasks per SOPs.
• Lead one-on-one floor training for new hires and cross-training as needed.
• Utilize technology to create, assign, and complete tasks and improve processes.
• Print and verify product tags, labels, and shipping labels per expectations.
• Prioritize and assign tasks according to team goals.
• Communicate progress and issues to management and team.
• Maintain accurate inventory through transactions and cycle counts.
• Complete daily duties following Magnolia safety regulations.
• Suggest improvements to warehousing procedures.
