Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Supervisor – Operations Training to lead a standardized, outcomes-driven program across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and related warehouse tasks. You will supervise Facility Trainers, ensure training records are current, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

The role supports a national footprint, with cross-location coordination and a focus on safety, audit readiness, and lean practices to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or college diploma in business or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 2 years in training/facilitation or frontline leadership.
• Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and certification programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee training, certification, and re-certification for warehouse associates.
• Deliver training (1:1 and group) and supervise Facility Trainers.
• Maintain SOP compliance and training documentation.
• Coordinate training with daily/weekly operations plans.
• Monitor throughput, quality, and error rates; drive corrective actions.
