Job summary

NATIONMIND LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storage, picking, and shipping in a warehouse setting in New Jersey. The role supports inventory accuracy and order fulfillment, using RF scanners and a WMS to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, staging orders, counting inventory, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks. Candidates should have 1+ year of warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of warehouse experience


• Shipping and receiving experience


• Material handling experience

• Inventory control or cycle counting experience


• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or freight shipments


• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred

Nice to Have

• SAP, Oracle, or WMS experience


• Industrial distribution or manufacturing warehouse experience


• OSHA forklift certification

Basic Requirements
