Job summary

Dominion Energy in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Operations Specialist for an on-site role. You will load/unload materials with a forklift, inspect goods, restock inventory, and use SAP with handheld scanners while maintaining accurate records.

High School diploma or GED is required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work an 8-hour day, and travel for emergencies is expected. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed.
• Prior forklift operation experience with forklift certificate.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for emergencies.
• Experience using SAP, Word and Excel preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload material using a forklift.
• Receive/inspect incoming materials for quantity and condition.
• Restock or scrap materials and prepare items for receipt inspection.
• Operate SAP and handheld scanners; manage daily paperwork.
• Assist with physical inventory and organize records.
• Use Excel to analyze delivery data and logistics.
• Maintain safety and follow Dominion Energy guidelines.
• Work overtime and be available for emergency restoration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
