Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, storage, loading/unloading, and inventory accuracy under the direction of the Production Manager and Operating Unit President. This non-exempt role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, and reliable teamwork.

You will perform cycle counts, coordinate daily truck loading, maintain equipment and yard areas, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Comfortable with manual labor and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Demonstrated computer ability and familiarity with warehouse software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and warehouse activities including deliveries, receiving, storing, loading/unloading, and inventory.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and OSHA/DOT requirements are met.
• Prepare for inspection of incoming/outgoing merchandise and document discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and create purchase orders; manage stock tickets.
• Coordinate daily loading/unloading of crew trucks and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard areas; manage hazardous material storage/disposal.
