Job summary

Tecta America Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support production and warehouse operations at our Amarillo, Texas site. This role involves coordinating deliveries and inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records and paperwork.

The position is non-exempt with a starting wage of $15.00+ DOE per hour. You will report to the Production Manager and Operating Unit President, and be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and reliability in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication (oral and written) and teamwork.
• Demonstrated computer ability.
• Good time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; CDL would be a plus.
• Good physical condition; capable of manual labor including lifting.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Production and Warehouse activities including deliveries, receiving, storing, loading/unloading and inventory.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure safe operations.
• Adhere to product receiving practices and document discrepancies.
• Participate in mandatory safety training and OSHA compliance.
