Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in business or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to document and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to receive, store, distribute, and track district supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement control procedures.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, and reconciliation of inventory.
• Develop and analyze purchasing records, vendor quotes, and cost-effective procurement.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and invoices; ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with district staff to support operations and budget monitoring.
• Generate reports on inventory, purchasing, and expenditures for leadership review.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation.
