Job summary

Gallup-McKinley County Schools is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Facilities. The role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment and distribution under the Facilities Coordinator.

You will supervise staff, maintain inventories, and optimize warehouse efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires experience in warehouse management, asset tracking, and knowledge of procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus minimum 3 years of full-time inventory management experience.
• Purchasing experience: at least 2 years in sourcing parts or materials.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Support work orders and asset management through Asset Essentials.
• Coordinate with maintenance, administrators and other departments for material flow and procurement.
