Acosta Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, from receiving and storage to packaging, shipping and delivery. You will lead warehouse associates, maintain inventory accuracy, support safe and efficient workflows, and manage document control and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of warehouse experience, and previous supervisory responsibility.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with automated shipping and inventory management systems preferred.
• Monday - Friday FIRST shift operation typically 7AM - 5PM with occasional Saturday mornings as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory accuracy of 99% or greater, including receiving, order selection, and outbound audits.
• Manage warehouse operations within established expense budgets.
• Oversee proper merchandise storage using storage plans and locator systems.
• Develop and maintain efficient, cost-effective delivery schedules.
• Monitor carriers for reliable, on-time service at economical freight rates.
• Maintain a safe work environment and train associates on safety procedures.
• Manage shelf life and stock rotation to minimize losses.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates; recommend salary adjustments.
• Ensure security systems function properly and daily opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and sanitation codes.
