• Coordinate inventory cycle counts and adjust inventory when variances occur.
• Track KPI metrics and use data to optimize warehouse operations.
• Manage staffing and resources to maintain warehouse functionality.
• Establish and update procedures for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Coordinate material movement between Allentown sites and Conshohocken.
