Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to direct warehousing activities across Allentown sites and Conshohocken. You will manage staff, maintain SOPs, and ensure timely deliveries of components to support production.

Responsibilities include inventory control, KPI tracking, coordinating with production, sales, and purchasing, and ensuring safety and equipment standards are met. APICS certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Warehouse Management or 10 years related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 5 years of Warehouse Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehousing activities and staff to maintain Sharp standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate cycle counts and adjust inventory; escalate variances.
• Track KPI metrics and use data to optimize warehouse space, resources, and inter-warehouse logistics.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments meet standards and delivery timelines.
• Oversee staff coverage across Allentown sites and manage maintenance of warehouse systems.
