Job summary

Keller Logistics Group in Allentown, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, safety, and labor management. You will lead warehouse staff, enforce policies, and collaborate with management to meet goals.

The role requires coordinating onboarding and training, maintaining records, and ensuring OSHA safety compliance. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience.
• WMS and handheld scanner experience.
• Industrial Truck Certification (in-house) required.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Overtime, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse staff and communicate with the Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate inventory control, shipping, and receiving for accurate orders and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate counts; perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage receiving/shipping schedules and ensure proper unloading/loading of materials.
• Oversee payroll records; approve timecards and coordinate with HR.
• Coordinate onboarding and safety training for new hires; track retraining needs.
• Lead forklift training and daily safe equipment operation.
• Review equipment inspection/maintenance records and report issues.
