Job summary

The role requires leadership, documentation, and strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have pharma packaging experience, a technical degree, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• BS/BA/AS in a technical field; pharma packaging experience preferred.
• Experience inspecting pharmaceutical packaging processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Prior leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for packaging areas and liaise between supervisor and staff.
• Promote a productive, safe environment and ensure GMP compliance.
• Assign associates to line changes and packaging tasks as needed.
• Maintain batch records and verify daily performance metrics.
• Provide training and replacements as requested by management.
• Assist with deviations/investigations and process improvements.
• Communicate priorities and ensure lines are ready for shifts.
