Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions in Allentown, PA, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing activities, ensure SOPs, and align with production, sales, records control, and purchasing.

You will optimize inbound/outbound shipments, manage multiple sites including Conshohocken, and supervise AS-RS systems to meet tight 4-hour production timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Warehouse Management or 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Warehouse Management experience.
• APICS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic inventory cycle counts in warehouse and adjust inventory as needed.
• Track and report KPI metrics detailing daily warehouse operations and use trends to plan space and resources.
• Escalate warehouse strains to proactively manage utilization and ensure smooth inbound/outbound shipments.
• Evaluate staffing and resources daily and shift as needed to maintain functional warehouse infrastructure in Allentown.
• Establish and update operational procedures for verification of shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and inventory accuracy.
• Direct movement of raw materials and finished goods between Allentown sites and Conshohocken; ensure on-time deliveries to production and customers.
