RRC Solutions Group seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a multi-person warehouse team at the headquarters, directing receiving, storage and distribution of materials. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and cost-effective output in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has proven warehouse leadership experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff and drive safety, accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Experience in manufacturing warehouses with continuous improvement focus is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP or a transition plan to SAP within the next years is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the effective operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop, maintain and work to continuously improve supply chain strategies and performance goals.
• Be accountable for all controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure accountability for quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions for inbound and outbound products.
• Control inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and reconciling data storage systems.
• Ensure shipping/warehousing facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee equipment requirements and maintenance programs for shipping/warehousing.
• Meet all periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products received or shipped uphold quality standards.
