You will lead a team, coordinate shipping/receiving, manage deliveries, and maintain equipment and tools. Candidates should have 3–5 years of warehouse management experience and a high school diploma or GED, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with preferred vocational training.
• 3–5 years warehouse/shop management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle or for work purposes.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Manage shipping/receiving duties and scheduling of deliveries.
• Direct and supervise a team of employees; train and evaluate staff.
• Ensure shop property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Maintain tooling program; track repairs, replacements, and inventory.
• Document operational tasks and report to upper management.
• Coordinate material/equipment deliveries with upper management and sites.
• Plan and direct activities to meet organizational goals.
