Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, purchasing, budgeting and safety. You will supervise staff, hire and train employees, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Product/materials handling experience in electrical wholesale is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and staff supervision.
• Hire, train, and evaluate warehouse employees; interview, onboard and motivate staff.
• Develop and implement improved materials handling, stock control and packaging methods to lower costs and raise service levels.
