Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial setting. The role focuses on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and developing a capable warehouse team to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will oversee processes, mentor staff, and coordinate with sales, purchasing, and operations to meet customer needs. A valid license and forklift experience will support success in this on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching and managing warehouse teams.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support order fulfillment, staging, and material movement.
• Monitor warehouse performance and KPI goals.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
• Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to meet customer needs.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
