Responsibilities

• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies.
• Complies with warehousing regulations and stays updated.
• Controls inventory levels with physical counts and reconciliations.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment.
• Achieves financial objectives through budget preparation and scheduling.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines staff to maintain job results.
• Evaluates training needs for daily operations and adjusts as necessary.
• Manages new hire process including interviewing candidates.
