Bakerly LLC is seeking a hands-on warehouse leader in Easton, PA, to drive daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations. You will set priorities, allocate staff, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution across all material-handling activities.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and 3+ years leading teams, with strong FEFO/FIFO, lot control, traceability, and ERP/WMS experience. In‑person role with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics roles.
• 3+ years of direct warehouse leadership.
• Experience with FEFO/FIFO, lot control, traceability.
• Experience with ERP/WMS implementations.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in fast-paced high-volume environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily receiving, put-away, storage, staging, replenishment, picking, and shipping.
• Set daily priorities and allocate staff to production and shipping needs.
• Held supervisors and handlers accountable for safe, accurate execution.
• Maintain warehouse organization, location discipline, and space utilization.
• Ensure FEFO/FIFO, lot selection, and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Inventory Control on shortages.
