Job summary

Bakerly Barn LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Leader in Easton, PA to direct daily receiving, storage, production staging, picking, shipping, and material movements. You will set priorities, allocate staff, and drive safe, accurate operations across multiple warehouses with strict inventory controls.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and 3+ years of leadership, strong FEFO/FIFO, lot control, ERP/WMS experience, and proficiency in Excel. Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse, manufacturing logistics, or material-handling experience.
• 3+ years of direct warehouse leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing receiving, storage, production staging, picking, loading, and shipping with ingredients/raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or Just-in-Time environment.
• Strong knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, lot-controlled inventory, expiration-date management, and traceability.
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of receiving, put-away, storage, production staging, replenishment, picking, shipment staging, loading, and internal material movements.
• Set daily priorities, assign resources, and ensure appropriate staffing and shift coverage to support Production, receiving, and shipping requirements.
• Hold Warehouse Supervisors and Material Handlers accountable for safe, accurate, and timely execution.
• Ensure strong warehouse organization, location discipline, and space utilization.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across warehouses, dock, staging, refrigerated/frozen, and material-handling areas.
• Monitor warehouse performance and address labor needs, operational constraints, and process gaps affecting productivity or service.
