Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Worcester, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate III to support receiving, stocking, and shipping of ingredients and finished goods. You will operate a forklift, maintain FEFO processes, perform cycle counts, use ERP to process POs and logs, and ensure QA and food safety standards are followed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills including legible handwriting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers.
• Fulfill orders/transfers accurately.
• Stage product for shipping/transfers by using ERP.
• Operate forklift safely and responsibly.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Verify lot codes and COAs for received product.
• Receive inbound POs into ERP system.
• Comply with food safety requirements and training.
