W. W. Grainger, Inc. in Easton, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, and Inventory Control.

You will provide direct leadership to up to 15 team members and drive on-time, accurate product flow to customers. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of leadership in a customer order fulfillment setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and warehouse management systems is preferred; schedule is Monday–Friday,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisor experience in a customer order fulfillment environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and possibly 75 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Customer Order Fulfillment, Inbound Receiving, and Inventory Control.
• Provide direct leadership to up to 15 team members.
• Ensure accurate receipt of product and timely order fulfillment.
• Promote process improvements and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
