Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook
• Must have physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, tolerating dust/noise/heat/cold

• Ensures training, cross-training and development of team members
• Monitors and drives goals and operational performance metrics within SLA
• Collaborates with DC Manager to plan labor based on forecast and client direction
• Communicates expectations and provides regular feedback on performance
• Follows NRI safety rules and SOPs
• Keeps work and storage areas safe, clean and tidy
• Performs other duties as requested
