Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Topeka, KS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, warehousing and distribution.

You will oversee inventory, layout, safety, and budgeting while coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehousing leadership, proficiency with ERP and warehousing software, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience managing receiving, warehousing, materials management, and distribution operations.
• Experience with warehousing software and ERP systems.
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements and advise senior management on policy changes.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing security procedures.
• Purchase materials and control inventory levels; conduct cycle counts and reconcile with ERP.
• Maintain warehouse layout; inspect equipment and issue repair/replacement requisitions.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Complete daily and weekly warehouse operational requirements.
• Monitor order processing and communicate with customers on status and stock/backorder.
• Assist with special orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
