Job summary

DH Pace Company, a family-owned leader in door, docking and security solutions, seeks a Warehouse Manager in Topeka, KS. You will lead warehousing operations, ensure accuracy of inventory, and maintain safety and compliance while coordinating with senior management on policy and process improvements.

You will manage budgets, guide staff, and optimize layouts to improve throughput and order accuracy. A strong background in ERP/WMS systems and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing warehousing and distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with warehousing laws and internal policies.
• Safeguard operations and inventory with security procedures.
• Manage inventory counts and reconcile with ERP/WMS.
• Plan and implement new warehouse layouts for efficiency.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor variances.
• Oversee order processing and notify customers of status.
• Handle special order jobs ensuring accuracy and retention.
