Job summary

SF Supply Chain in New Jersey seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations across inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing and outbound shipping to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. You will lead and mentor warehouse associates, schedule shifts, train staff, and resolve on-site issues to hit daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

A Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred; 2–5 years US warehouse experience with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations: inbound receiving, putaway, order picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipping.
• Lead, schedule, train, and mentor warehouse associate teams; assign daily shift tasks and monitor progress.
• Track core warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, picking efficiency, on-time delivery, error rate).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly inventory audits; maintain precise data in WMS.
• Resolve on-site operational issues and drive continuous process improvement.

• Track core warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, picking efficiency, on-time delivery, error rate); identify workflow bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly inventory audits, maintain precise inventory data in WMS, resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, and ensure full audit compliance.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of US warehouse operation experience, including 1–3 years of formal supervisory experience in e-commerce or high-volume distribution centers.
