Job summary

Bradford Labs in Rhode Island is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement, ensuring productivity, efficiency, compliance, and safety.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Production and Customer Service, enforce GMP and safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or WMS experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse duties (standing, lifting).
  • Willingness to work extended hours or be on-call.

  • Lead or support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or WMS systems a plus.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills; conflict resolution and negotiation ability required.
  7. Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  8. Physically capable of performing duties in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, etc.).
  9. Willingness to work extended hours or be on-call as needed.
