Location: 5959 Randolph Street, Commerce, CA 90040

Pay: $96,300 - $152,000, depending on experience. Plus, monthly bonus earning potential!

Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all activities related to warehouse operations
• Partner with the General Manager and PM Manager to create plans achieving short and long-term objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation, or less with a college degree
• At least 3 years of experience managing people, including in a similar industry
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and mathematics
• Effective communication skills, including providing honest, constructive feedback
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and create KPIs to meet business needs
• Plan and coordinate sort start times and staffing strategies
• Develop and mentor team members for professional growth
• Champion safety programs and maintain a safe, compliant environment
• Collaborate with GM on budget, labor hours, safety compliance, and scheduling
