About the Role

We are seeking a curious and proactive Senior Product Operations Manager who thrives in driving operational rigor and enabling product development teams to create high-quality user experiences. You will focus on improving team workflows, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring teams have the right structures, support, and tools to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to optimize product development processes.
• Design and iterate on processes like roadmap prioritization, quarterly planning, and release management.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights for strategic planning.
• Ensure smooth product releases through documentation and enablement.
• Identify and remove collaboration friction points across teams.
• Create training content for Product Managers and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Act as a strategic advisor to product teams, helping to resolve challenges.
• Define and track product metrics related to adoption, value, and outcomes.
• Measure success of operational improvements and refine approaches.
• Champion best practices for product tools and coach team members.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for cross-functional clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in product operations, management, or enablement.
• Deep understanding of product management and high-performing organizations.
• Experience managing product lifecycle processes for enterprise products.
• Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills.
• Systems thinking and framework design abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAFe, sprint methodologies, and relevant tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Additional Details

This role is open to remote candidates. The pay range is $126,100 - $168,125 annually, based on experience and location.
