Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Wood Dale facility near Chicago. You will manage daily warehouse operations, verify incoming shipments, pick, pack and ship orders, and support project teams with timely, accurate inventory handling.

Qualifications

Forklift certification and practical forklift operation experience required.
Relevant warehouse/operations experience with inventory control.
Proficiency in D365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

Set schedules and priorities for warehouse clerks and temp staff.
Manage inbound/outbound shipments and RMAs with accurate documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy with monthly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure safety policies are followed and security procedures are enforced.
Coordinate with Project Managers/Coordinators to meet delivery timelines.
Train and mentor Warehouse Clerks to improve performance.
