Job summary

Proven-I is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate in Tinley Park, IL. The role combines manual and automated tasks for receipt, storage, shipment, and delivery of equipment and supplies, with driver support and cross-functional duties as needed.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, order picking/packing, forklift operation, and assisting on deliveries to client sites while maintaining inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently and 100+ lbs with a team.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive products into the warehouse and ERP system, verifying quantity and serial numbers.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load/unload trucks with pallet jacks; operate a forklift as needed.
• Assist on delivery routes as driver helper and support client site installations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with bi-annual inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with facilities projects.
