Job summary

Rexel USA in Auburn, AL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Mayer Team and drive accuracy in order filling, receiving, stocking, and shipping while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff; manage inventory, conduct annual counts, optimize warehouse flow, and coordinate with branch management and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Provide leadership through supervision of warehouse employees to achieve accuracy and productivity.
• Manage inventory to improve warehouse flow and ensure accurate receiving and order filling.
• Conduct annual physical inventory and ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with branch managers and customers to resolve issues and expedite deliveries.
• Evaluate policies for efficiency improvements and control expenditures to meet budget.
