Job summary

Rexel USA in Dothan, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Mayer team. The role focuses on accurately filling customer orders, receiving and stocking material, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

This position does not involve deliveries. The ideal candidate will be trained on standard operating procedures, safety rules, and inventory control, with forklift/warehouse equipment operation as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and verify quantities against packing lists
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct items
• Operate forklift and reach truck as needed
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed
• Maintain branch warehouse safety, cleanliness and equipment
