Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required if deliveries are needed
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve high accuracy and productivity
• Hire and train new employees; coordinate daily activities
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, and packing operations
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and secure the warehouse
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and damage-free handling
