Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join the Mayer Team in Montgomery, AL. The role blends warehouse duties with delivery driving, supporting safe, accurate order fulfillment and material movement.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, shipping, and operating equipment such as forklifts. A valid license and the ability to drive a delivery van or box truck are required, with up to 50% travel to customers and suppliers. No CDL is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per safety and accuracy standards.
• Operate delivery vehicles to service customers and branches as needed.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicle condition; report issues.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
