Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Talley team in Suwanee, GA. You will lead the warehouse team, ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity in filling orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials in line with company standards.

You will hire, train, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, oversee annual counts, and coordinate with other managers to optimize processes and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license if required to make deliveries.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license in past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse employees to achieve high accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs, EH&S rules, and safety concerns are addressed.
• Manage inventory for efficient warehouse flow and accurate receiving and order filling.
• Oversee annual physical inventory counts.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and warehouse security.
• Collaborate with other managers as primary contact for warehouse operations.
• Communicate with customers and company personnel to resolve issues and expedite deliveries.
• Negotiate shipping costs and evaluate carriers; manage budget implications.
• Participate in seminars and training to maintain knowledge.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Support other branches with duties such as counter sales and customer support.
