Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management platforms and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of all Purchase Orders to flow through Macola.
• Ensure warehoused goods are dispatched to the picking line within the prescribed time frame.
• Manage receiving, inventory control, and returns; monitor bin accuracy for order close.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring inventory for completion.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment and shipping processes.
• Ensure staff is properly trained and the warehouse is staffed during operating hours.
