Job summary

Edward Don & Company in Holliston, MA, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, loading, and shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency. This role requires 3-5 years supervising warehouses, experience with RF devices, powered industrial trucks, and WMS systems; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent DC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a re-distribution/distribution center.
Experience with handheld RF units and WMS systems.
Powered industrial truck certification required within 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities and performance of warehouse workers.
Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standard procedures.
Lead staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain safety programs, conduct pre-shift meetings and safety inspections.
Monitor expenses and ensure resources are available for daily activities.
Prepare and present reports on productivity and operations.
