Job summary

SRS Building Products is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient execution of work orders, and improve customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and supporting delivery requirements.

You will coordinate inventory with the Branch Manager, use Agility and On Demand routing software for stock control and delivery planning, and manage stock levels to prevent duplicate orders while supporting branch goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use routing and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for on-time deliveries.
• Use Agility software to monitor stock levels and prevent duplicate orders.
• Perform inventory management including cycles counts and handling damaged stock.
• Support order processing and day-end balance procedures.
