• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and courteously, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders ensuring promptness and accuracy.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report insights to the Branch Manager.
• Conduct inventory management activities including weekly cycle counts and handling damaged stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures to support branch operations.
• Maintain superior customer service and represent the company professionally.
