Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years in warehousing.
• WMS experience and knowledge of logistics operations is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs/COPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily schedules for outbound activities.
• Coordinate shipments with vendors and logistics partners.
• Support product segregation and location management.
• Resolve issues related to orders, receipts, and shipments.
• Enforce business processes with area leadership and teams.
• Enter client orders accurately and efficiently.
• Optimize storage locations for space utilization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy.
• Investigate materials or service discrepancies against SOP/COP.
• Define and ensure compliance with SOPs/COPs for business needs.
• Maintain inventory control using written procedures.
