FFF Enterprises seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support the pharmacy operations under a pharmacist. You will pack orders, maintain a clean warehouse, and handle shipping logistics, including FedEx, while adhering to all policies and HIPAA standards. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a busy environment.

The position emphasizes inventory participation, safe handling, and proactive communication with colleagues to meet daily objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
• Six to twelve months of shipping experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy to ensure arrival undamaged.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, shipping area, and pharmacy space.
• Assemble shipping materials and ensure supplies are available.
• Perform clerical duties including filing patient charts and shipping items via FedEx.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and compliance.
• Work with co-workers and customers in a constructive, respectful manner.
• Report safety hazards and follow Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
• Other duties as assigned.
