Job summary

Sentry BioPharma Services, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform essential duties in the Operations Department. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving material, tracking labor hours, and managing inventory within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience; familiarity with GMP/GDocP practices; and the ability to operate forklifts and RF guns. Pharmaceutical or biotech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience required.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of powered industrial trucks (forklifts) required.
• Pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer shipments according to SOP/COP.
• Receiving material according to SOP/COP.
• Operating forklifts and other powered equipment as needed.
• Tracking labor hours and using RF guns for accurate material movement.
• Picking, packing, and labeling for shipment; maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Support to drive continuous improvement and compliance with GMP/GDocP.
