Job summary

Presidio is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. You will verify documentation, handle lab-related tracking, and maintain secure warehouse practices in line with ISO 9001 and IATA battery shipping guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, conducting counts, and coordinating with Global/RMA teams to ensure accurate shipments with proper documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities and collaborates with Manager.
• Process daily product receipts within the system.
• Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Handle daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Ensure inbound products have correct counts and notes for shortages/overages.
