QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a Warehouse Manager in Maryland to lead a high-performing team, implement efficient procedures, and oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will maintain ideal inventory levels, safeguard safety standards with the Regional Safety Manager, and coach staff to excel in performance, attendance, and quality, with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience.
• Proven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coaching.
• Excellent judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
