Job summary

• Proven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coaching.

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of warehouse, yard, and store.
• Collaborate with Regional Safety Manager to uphold safety standards and supervise protocols.
• Monitor employee performance through evaluations and handle disciplinary actions with documentation.
