Job summary

QXO is seeking a warehouse associate to support order filling, inventory control, and safe yard operations. You will operate forklifts, inspect materials, and communicate with Purchasing, Sales, and customers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehouse roles, can lift 75+ lbs, and perform indoors or outdoors in varying weather. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, insurance, PTO, and training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work indoors or outdoors.
• Strong verbal and written communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill orders, initiate and verify pick tickets, and complete paperwork.
• Notify Purchasing and Sales of unfillable orders or low inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store materials, including non-stock items.
• Report inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
• Conduct cycle counts and match stock to tickets.
• Safely load and unload vehicles; verify product descriptions and quantities.
• Move materials within the yard and warehouse; keep a clean workspace.
• Demonstrate daily safety commitment and wear PPE.
