New Chapter, Inc. Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all logistics operations, including inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory control, material supply to manufacturing, outbound distribution, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or material handling functions.
• Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, inventory management, or related operational systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 logistics employees responsible for receiving, warehousing, inventory movement, material handling, shipping, and fulfillment activities.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, performance standards, and accountability throughout the department.
• Build employee capability through coaching, training, performance feedback, and development planning.
• Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, communication, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Human Resources and Operations leadership on hiring, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
