You will lead an operations team, enforce safety and DOT regulations, and coordinate with fleet, safety, and branch staff to maintain efficient distribution. The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team with warehouse and driver staff.
• Comply with federal, state, local and DOT regulations; enforce requirements.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents with safety procedures.
• Maintain technical and computer skills; use distribution/office software.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with Fleet and Safety Coordinator.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor results and coach staff.
• Coordinate with branch manager, department heads and sales personnel.
• Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
